I have a roof leak which I believe to be from a poorly flashed skylight. Also need a gutter reattached (one section is "sagging") and a whirly bird installed. Metal roof. Most of work is on single story, however whirly bird would be on a raised roof, equivalent to 2nd story. standard roof pitch.
