Currently our roof is a flat concrete roof. approximately 18 years ago the previous owner had it sealed - not sure if it's bitumen or some sort of sealant/waterproofing. as we are refurbishing this house we would like this roof to be checked out for leakage as we believe there could be water coming through areas of the kitchen ceiling.
