Roof Repair - Fix bad roof design

House located in Daisy Hill, 4127. We have a concrete tiled house, partially steel roof. Under heavy rain, the roof leaks. I suspect the problem is caused by a poor design. A valley leads to a 200-300mm metal valley that has poor gravity shape.
The problem will probably be resolved by changing the design of the .5m x 2m area by adding another profile of tiles and water proofing the edges of the valley. Ridges and capping appears to be ok. No pointing required. Some of small tiles have minor cracking, though do not appear to be causing an issue. I will be re-painting the entire roof shortly, painting service not required.
I need someone to provide advice on what will resolve the problem and provide a quote.
