Job would entail:
1.Supply and install valley trays - approx 12 m.
2.Install only concealed gutters & capping - approx 10 m
3.Supply and install new downpipe - 1 No
4. Re-grade existing gutters to enable falls
5. Install only - sisalation and 70 x 35 F5 battens - approx 300m
6. Install only approx 140 m2 Monier Roman roof tiles. Note that approx 80m2 are (new) second hand tiles that need to be lifted by conveyor from the ground and the remaining 60m2 are to be re-used from the existing roof.Note: roof to be cleaned and re-painted by others.
7. Install only & bed 21m new ridge tiles
8. Remove and re-bed approx 28m of existing hip ridge tiles.Use flexible mortar throughout.
9. Replace broken tiles to existing roof - approx 50 No
10. Underflashings for 3 No dutch gables - approx 10 m lead flashings
11. Flashing to 1 No gas flue
12. Supply and install 1 No Solartube skylight.
13. Supply and install 1 No 600 x 600 skylight
14. Flashings to all sklights
