1. Rige and hip pointing is cracked in multiple areas and requires to be repointed.
2. Gutters and valleys are blocked with leaves and debris and need to be cleared.
3. Valley tiles required to be refixed and possible missing ones to be installed.
Note: I have many spare tiles available.
