Require some maintenance on 1955 single story house roof. Tiles are cement tiles and the following work is required. Cleaning of tiles, re-cementing of ridge caps, although there is no problem with any leaks, may as well water proof/seal the tiles. Also would like to colour the tiles. See attached roof measurements. Currently between planning and ready to hire.
