The roof leaks, the water appears to run down the saking and pools on the eaves. The house is a brick split level, problem is on the high side of house., access to the high side of roof can be gained from single story part of the house. It only seems occur in heavy or continued rain. Requires investigation and repair. I have spare tiles.
