Replacement of rotted timber fascias with new timber fascias. 10 Fascias in total (5 Peaks)
Installation of guttering for approximately half the house (3 bedroom Victorian). Half the guttering has already been replaced, and all the guttering materials are already on site (Colorbond). To the best of our knowledge the boards under the gutters to be replaced are in satisfocatory condition.
Fascias will also require painting, we are happy to paint the fascia's prior to installation.
The fascia's are high and will require some form of scaffolding to access.
