The current roofing material (double layered flat) has holes in the top layer allowing rain in and mould to build up. Also where it meets the gutter it is no longer sealed and rain flows into the verandah also rotting a section of timber on which it rests. The roofing material (about 12 sq ms?) needs replacing, as does a length of 2x1 timber
