Replace two metal exterior balcony awnings

private unit has two exterior balconies measuring 1m x 6m (L). Over them are two flat roofed awnings same length and width. The awnings are flat roofing and set below the main roof of the building.
They are rusted out and leaking.
Would like to replace these with awnings exactly the same in size and style. These awnings are not like the usual awnings in houses but more like mini-shopfront awnings. They are made from metal only - no fabric or canvas.
Unit is on the second floor.
