We are looking at cement rendering our 40yo red brick house. colours we have in mind do not match existing glazed terracotta roof, so looking at re-roofing entire house in either colourbond or tile (we would prefer colourbond but it will depend on the cost). looking for three quotes to see where we're at insofar as our budget is concerned. we are ready to proceed now if the price is right. our renovation plans have already been approved by council.
