Hi,
Below is a description of the work we require completed.
Review current roof trussing - appears to be a dip in rop of roofline currently, which we'd like reviewed and possibly replaced. (See photo)
Replace current old Terracotta tiles with new roofing material. Please quote (money and time required) to replace with
1) New terracotta tiles,
2) 2nd hand terracotta tiles,
3) Colourbond Steel (with insulation blanket and sarking)
The Roof Area to be replaced is approximately 12m x 18m.
Bargeboard on one side of house to be replaced, as current one has twisted, pushing into Central Heating exhaust vent (which extends about 50cm above bargeboard), and causing some tiles in that area to shift. (See two related photos)
The underside eave of the gable at the front of the house has dropped slightly, with visible signs of timber rotting. I think this needs to be lifted and braced (in similar way to other side which hasn't dropped). Perhaps the issue is related to the split timber as shown in the front on view photo. (See two related photos)
Lastly, we also want to have all existing insulation removed and the roof cavity thoroughly cleaned, and new insulation installed. It appears this would ideally be done while the tiles are off the roof. If you don't undertake this sort of work, can you recommend any companies that could complete this work at the same time you would be doing the work, I'd appreciate your advice.
I can meet you on Mon/Wed/Fri to have a closer inspection if required.
