Replace part rusting roof

I would to replace some rusting parts of our tin roof (I think the roof material is galvanised iron) prior to installing solar panels on the roof (I would think it would be better to do it now than after the panels are installed). The parts that need replacing are the shown in the attached photos. Mainly the ridge and the flashing. Only the parts of the roof that are rusting should be replaced.
