Slightly disappointed. Whilst these guys were extremely professional and I didn't even mind paying the call out fee for the quote, the quote itself was literally a joke. It was actually eight times... yes 8 times the quote that I actually accepted. I can only assume that they either didn't want the job or were more interested in getting lots of those small call out fees for the quote.
