I have a handful of tiles maybe 4 or 5 and maybe 3 ridgecaps that need to be replaced or re-pointed. It is now a possum entry and the possum in question is destroying my house! He's been extracted today until I can get roof fixed then the bugger has to come back. Think the tiles are monier. About 10-15 years old.
