Repairs to gullies on old tile roof

My house is circa 1910 and has a tile roof with steep gullies. More than one gully flows to a gutter that is runs inside the wall (I don't know the technical term). During the storms in January this point become overloaded and water leaked into the room below. I would like a quote to repair the roof to prevent future occurances. This is not an insurance job.
