I have a rotted eve under my roof.
the area of the eve to replace is about 1m sqaure. the house is corrugated iron roof and timber walls. the state of the eve is that there appears to be some rotting material around a vertical sewerage/airvent pipe that runs up the side of the house and through where the eve is. this material needs to be replaced with a hard material eve.
