Need to repair leaking 10 year old Colourbond roof in 2 places that I am aware of (there is mould on ceiling). Inspect rest of roof also, cleaning any blocked gutters ( not sure if there are any) and replacing portion of metal downpipe with PVC where it meets the ground as has rusted through.
