I would like the capping on the roof redone to ensure it is sealed against rain and also wind.
one part of the roof is 20 years old, and the other is about 12 years old. the 12 years old section is not as bad as the 20 years old section. i would also like the ends of the capping ridges on the 20 year old part to be replaced with properly moulded (bullnose?) capping tiles. there are 5 or 6 of these required.
i do not want to have the roof coated, but if any tiles are found to be in poor condition,they can be replaced from an on site quantity left over from the original build. obviously if there are not enough, more will have to be procured.
