Job is to remove approx. 35 sqm of pool solar heating (rubber tubbing) and some associated plastic pipework from a single storey roof in Park Orchards 3114
Tubing is secured by silicon (and lifts relatively easily), with supporting pipeline screwed to tiles. (There is approx. 6-8 m of plastic pipework)
Job is to remove pool solar heating and ensure the roof is watertight after removal, ideally causing minimal damage to the pool solar heating.
Roof has easy access and is single storey with a low pitch. There is a pergola alongside the roof which houses the pool solar heating.
Roof is made of concrete tiles - I have a few spares.
Job is available to start immediately.
