Remove and replace guttering and downpipes on house in Newtown NSW
David requested 3 quotes from Roofers in Newtown South
Remove and replace guttering and downpipes on a 35 year old 4 bedroom house with a concrete tile roof. The house is half 1-storey and half 2-storey.
Replace with:
- Colorbond 115 high front gutter; total gutter length is 55 metres
- Colorbond 100 x 75 downpipes
2 downpipes for the 1-storey roof section
2 downpipes for the 2-storey roof section
-Replacement of one corner of the wooden fascia (1 metre either side), which has been affected by dry rot. If you don't want to do the last bit (fascia replacement) I'll get a carpenter to fix it, just give me a quote for the rest.
