i need a quote to fix the following issues at a property in hillside:
- the lead flashing needs to be removed and replaced with metal soaker flashing
- the reverse cycle air conditioning unit on the roof needs to be removed and re-positioned elsewhere as it is too heavy for the roof. mounted on tiles, it must weigh in excess of 150kgs?
- the small corner wall above the bathroom is cracked and leaking .
- rendered cement sheet needs easing so that the soaker flashing can be tucked under sufficiently . this will require some repairs to rendered wall.
- flashing to nib wall needs to be installed to cover the cracking.
- hip tiles and need re-pointing and cracked tiles to be replaced.
- spouting angled towards front of garage needs to be re-angled to roof line.
