Ive recently had a roof leak which caused a small part of the ceiling to collapse. The in has sent someone to temporarily make it safe. A roofing inspector has sent a report to .the insurance They say I must get the tiles repaired or replaced before they will fix my ceiling.as this is maintenance not covered by insurance. Ive also had another leak with the heavy rain last weekend. Ive been on the roof and it appears that one of the tiles is half blocking the flashing causing an overflow into the roof.
