Am moving into a new home and have received building report from building inspector.
He advised me there are a few tiles that have slipped in 2 roof valleys.
These tiles need to be re-sat and sealed.
I'm not sure how many are dislodged but the inspector told me it's basically very minor and are just a "few" and advised on sealing them to ensure they don't move again.
