We need a quote for the bedding and capping to the roof tiles, which apparently need a mechanical fastening to prevent them dislodging and to meet current plumbing code. The tiled roof in or the two storey part of the house.
We also need a quote to rectify a small section of corrugated iron roofing over our front door which has apparently been installed to a roof gradient of <1degree and the box gutter does not have the mandatory overflow system. We need a quote to bring to the roof up to code and install the overflow system. The corrugated roof is single storey.
