Current eaves are water proof plaster board. Want the plaster board removed and replaced with zincalume mini orb cladding. Also housing and garage timber fasica board to be covered with zincalume capping so fascia will not require future painting. House is approx 18m x 8m and garage is approx 9m x 7m. The eave varies from 1.1m wide on north face to 300mm on the west, east and south faces.
