We have a leak where a tiled section of roof meets the flat tin roof extension. There is a hole in the flahing at the join. This needs replacing. Also the tiled section in question has old very fragile concrete tiles. These need replacing - only a small section. One day soon, the whole roof will need retiling but this will probably be too expensive. I have a quote from one roofer but he has an 8 week wait. Will need a quote from someone who is qualified and ready to go.
