remove double layer of existing roofing material. top layer is pressed metal tiles. bottom layer is original corrugated roofing.
supply and lay new colour bond corrugated roofing and all associated valleys and barge flashings. supply and install new zinc quad guttering to bed 2 and 3 and two new down pipes to be connected to the existing suspended subfloor storm water.
seperate price required to supply and install insulated sarking.

I have never met a trades person who is so unreliable, unorganised as water edge. Workmanship did not meet my standard, does not return all phone calls, does not show up when they advise they will. We personally would not recommend this contractor.
