Half a tile is missing on a roof. It will let in a significant amount of water next time in rains. The tile is close to the fascia near the pointing. Please note that I have stated the building is double storey. However the entire second floor is located under the roof-line

Chris said he would arrive first thing the next morning and the job was completed within 30 minutes. While this might sound like a simple task, it involved climbing onto to the very top of a double-storey house with a 45 degree pitched roof.
