I have a single story end terrace with a split level flat roof. Each level drains to the lower level. The ceiling beneath one of these discharge points is regularly showing signs of a leak. Not sure it necessarily needs reroofing? I need help to locate and seal the leak.
I also want a vent of some sort cut into the flat roof to improve bathroom ventilation which currently extracts into narrow ceiling space.
And help to rehang about a 3m length of guttering.
