i require major works to my roof and spouting & internal ceiling. the following is probably required:-
• tiles repointed, coloured & sealed;
• new spouting & facia to be installed with extra downpipe systems to ensure that water from spouting does not backup into eaves;
• replacement of eaves.
i would prefer one contractor to be responsible for the entire job.
