We have a small leak coming through our bedroom roof. We have a single storey house with a tin external roof. There is an accessible storage/loft space between the external roof and the house. We would like someone to come out and quote for the work to fix the leak in the roof.
We had a couple of tradesmen come out in December 2014, when the issue first arose. One roofer fixed the 'flashing' on the top of the roof. This didn't solve the problem. We had the roof gutters cleaned in November 2014.
