Leaking metal clad skillion roof requires repair

My house has a single pitched (Skillion) roof that is clad with a profiled metal sheet material. House is experiencing significant leakage of water into the house, especially after last long weekend and current rainfall. Roof sheeting appears to be in good condition however I suspect water is getting in from two sources.
1. under the roof sheets and into ceiling space from the front flashing board which is at the highest point of the roof.
2. high rainfall causes leaks through skylight over kitchen at lower side of roof.
Would like to have the leak(s) located and repaired as soon as possible to prevent further damage to ceiling plaster and fittings.
