I need someone to investigate a whirring noise (like a fan blowing) that I can hear coming from the roof. I'm not sure if it's coming from the outdoor unit of my air-conditioning unit (I can hear the noise when it's not even operating though), or from a vent. It's really loud in my bedroom and preventing me from sleeping. It gets louder when the wind is stronger.
I would need someone to get on the roof of my 3-storey townhouse to investigate this. It's possible to get up one storey at a time with a ladder rather than having to use a mechanical lift.
I'm not sure what sort of tradesperson to contact.
