Scope of Works: ROOFING SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following;

• Roofing is to comply with the BCA
• Supply and installation of metal roofing as detailed in the architectural drawings to the main roof
• Include roof sheet to the top of the stairwell, and underneath the rooftop deck and under the planter box. See section 2 on sheet S08 of the structural plans.
• Colour of roofing to be Colorbond ‘TBS”
• Allow for 100x50 downpipes – Colorbond ‘TBS”
• Allow for metal facia & gutter to the stairwell roof – Colorbond ‘TBS”
• Allow for Rainheads, box gutters & overflows as detailed – Colorbond ‘TBS’
Allow for all cappings as detailed
• Allow for metal, soaker & apron flashing as required to flash against existing brickwork on boundaries – Colorbond ‘TBS’
• Allow for perimeter S flashing to first/second floor/ balcony perimeter – Colorbond ‘TBS”
• Allow for vertical flashings to internal corners for wall cladding
• Allow for Z flashing over windows within cladding– Colorbond ‘TBS’
• Do not allow for battens
• Allow sisalation

• You must allow for any other work to complete the above.
• Allowance must be tendered for as per the specification and drawings, if there is a variance or mistake with the plans or specification the contractor/supplier shall immediately notify this office or it is deemed the contractor/supplier has made allowance for the more expensive option.
• Unless noted otherwise in your exclusions within your quotation, it is noted by this office the above scope of works is included in your quotation.
• Site MUST be cleaned at the end of each day.
