Install an electric powered fan roof vent onto a double storey house. Roof tiles are concrete. The vent is GPO plug in, and there is already a power outlet in the roof space - hence electrician is not required. There is roof access via a manhole in the ceiling. The item to be installed is an Edmonds Airomatic Roof Vent (google it). Please quote labour cost only, I already have this new vent in a box.
