JOB 1
Install an electric powered fan roof vent onto a double storey house. Roof tiles are concrete. The vent is GPO plug in, and there is already a power outlet in the roof space - hence electrician is not required. There is roof access via a manhole in the ceiling. The item to be installed is an Edmonds Airomatic roof vent (google it). Please quote labour cost only, I already have this new vent in a box.

Install ceiling insulation (Earthwool R3.5 or equivalent) into a single garage ceiling. There is roof access via a manhole in the garage ceiling. Area of ceiling is (3.2m x 6m) 20m2. You will need to include supply the insulation batts packets in your quote.
