Family room in the house, has mould that is visible from inside across the far end of the high ceiling, in a very small area. Small crack appearing on the ridgeline of the ceiling close to the mould area. No known leaks. I need a licensed roofing tradesperson to go up the tile roof and inspect for potential leaks, broken tile and any other damage. Brick house, built 20 yrs ago. No extensions done to roof since original plan.
