Have a 30 year old house, tile roof has not been touched since new! Noticed some water stains on my ceiling, looked inside the roof, it apprears to be coming from the area where there is a valley. The valley is an old gal one, and from underneath you can see spots of rust appearing. I would like a roofer to inspect the whole roof and carry out repairs as required.
