I have a tiled roof that has a few leaks and they are gradually letting more and more water into the house. The roof has terracotta tiles we have about 200 spare tiles in the garage. There are a number of leaks (about 5) and they have gradually been getting worse. Nothing terrible right now but they are getting worse! I also have noticed that there are some areas on the roof that will need the pointing redone. This is a three bedroom house but the leaks are all in one room (the living room.
