Flat tin roof requires repairs or replacement depending on cost. Currently leaks at 2 separate points, near chimney and sky light. The roof is approximately 20 years old. We also have colourbond guttering (we have the guttering ect) that needs installing, approx 48 metres. A quote on installing this as a seprate job would also be helpful.
