There are at least 2 locations on the roof where it is leaking. Single storey residential brick veneer house.
Roof type: tiles (not sure made of what material. Brittle in nature, perhaps it is terracotta?)
You need to:
1. Locate and fix the leaks
2. Provide some sort of warranty
ie. After you have fixed the leaks, and if the roof is still leaking, you need to come back to fix it at no cost to me.
