We have a flat aluminium roof (with a similar profile to zincalum but it is definitely aluminium) that is leaking in several places. ideally we would like some kind of sealant painted over the roof to seal hairline cracks that are causing leaks. we do not want to replace the roof at this stage as we are looking to add a second story to the house in the next five years. our house is about 12 squares
