Colourbond on one Bargeboard

The gable bargeboard at the front of my house was replaced ten years ago and top half of it was covered when the roof was clad in Colourbond.
I haven't got around to painting the bargeboard (because it's 5 metres off the ground) and it's warping in the sun. I want it to be completely covered in Colourbond so I don't have to paint it.
The house power line is connected to bargeboard.
Total area bargeboard 4 x .2 m (approx)
