Cut back any overhanging branches above gutters (most on south east side from neighbours shrubs and small trees - cut back to boundary fence). Install gutter leaf guard suitable for land zoned as bushfire prone. Pergolas attached are possibly unsuitable except to clean out gutters. Approximate dimensions of house is 20mtr each side and 10mtrs front and back (for gutter cleaning and leaf guard installation).
