Cement Tile Roof Restoration

My cement tiled roof needs restoration, from what i can tell cement joining is crumbling, and the roof also needs re-sealing/spraying with Colorbond Woodland Grey paint colour. No leaks, but possibility that some tiles may need replacing (roof is 40 years old).
Looking for honest advice on what is actually required from a labour point of view, as well as a decent written quote.
I've had generic leaflets in my mail box quoting $2500 for standard restoration, so I've gone with this as a starting price.
