I'm tired of possums coming down our unused chimney for a snooze during the day! We need our chimney capped. The house is a 1920s weatherboard California Bungalow with a red tin roof and a red brick chimney. House is single storey, with the chimney right near a gable with very flat lean-to below it, so pretty good access. There are two bricks missing in the top course of the chimney, so these would also need replacing as part of the job (I can supply the bricks).
