We have a 7m x 5m verandah (approx 2.4m off ground) which needs a roof. Would like staircase covered too, which extends it another metre off back, plus would like eaves on either side -perhaps a 0.5m wide. So total roof area maybe 8m x 6m. It would need to attach to a terracotta tiled roof, and existing posts need to be lengthened/replaced as they are only rail height. (4 across back span of 7m and one mid way along side span on each side). Deck currently has a roof over half of it only - we would pull this down.
If possible would like to install a "cheap" roof with possibility for adding insulation etc down track (if this is possible).
