Western side of double storey house has concealed guttering and no eave. If the gutters get blocked, rain water overflows towards the house and down the internal side of the brick wall causing water damage inside. Additional row of roof tiles to cover current concealed guttering and new guttering required. (Or an alternative solution).

Business responded to enquiry and made a time to come and have a look. Did not come, nor did a visit the following week occur as had been discussed when I had called. I can only assume this business responded without having read the full description and that it wasn't a job they were interested in. While this is in itself annoying it would have been forgiveable if they had been courteous enough to make a phone call.
