Very large extension to 28 degree terracotta tiled roof, doubling size of house, new frame is almost finished. Exsisting house has all new fascias. Approximately 30m of box gutters, 40m2 of tray deck roofing, 36m2 of corrugate wall cladding, the full house lot of spouting, with some detail work to the front elevation where x4 quad gutters will be 'mitre returned' instead of normal stop ends. x2 exsisting valleys to be replaced and x3 new vallyes to be installed. Next week, starting 3rd August, the connection to the exsisting house will be made, where a box gutter and some valleys need to be installed ASAP in order to keep the house water tight. Roofer was previously organised and cancelled last week due to tragic circumstances.
